In order to complete clearance of your items through customs, the Broker may provide information to the governmental authorities in the country of destination and disburse import duties and taxes as assessed by customs officials and assess a surcharge for doing so. For all shipments, the Broker may contact the payer and require confirmation of reimbursement arrangements as a condition to completion of clearance and delivery, and at the discretion of the Broker, require payment of duties and taxes before release of the shipment to you.

Undelivered or Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered or if your tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact our customer service within 15 days from the order date for verification.
